Christmas eve, the night is here.
Holly hangs from candles, dear.
Careful placed the presents, filled with cheer.
Its Christmas eve, a night of wonder.
Yet my heart is torn asunder.
The love I lost is in the ground.
The time we lost is never found.
I dream of spending these days with you.
I take a walk, heart filled with dread.
To that yard where you lay your head.
I'll place a present, never to be opened.
And regret all those words unspoken.
Dearest love you candle unlit.
Never again will life caress your lips.
I miss you so, my lost sweet love.
Rest in peace, with the stars above.
On Christmas day I'll fake a smile.
Wile you dwell in my heart all the wile.
It breaks my heart that you will never see.
Just how much you meant to me.
Its on these days I miss you most.
And though your skin is cold and dead.
A tear my eyes will always shed.
Christmas day is drawing near.
But it's you that I hold dear.

It's a beautiful poem.
So sorry for you friend.
I saw your case in the Q&A
Good thing they removed that stolen one.
Good luck on your poem and your case.

i miss A Christmas Pudding,
it was a touching story about people and their pudding.
but no, everyone took it the wrong way.
it was "offensive" and "hurtful".
it was an amazing act of poetry,
