Snow glistened softly
The moon was full and bright
All was calm adn quiet
On that Christmas night
The tree sheltered presents
As children slept in peace
Tired from the commotion
Of ornaments, tinsel, and wreathes
Presents, food, and fun
Awaits them when they wake
Their parents will laugh and smile
At the merriment that they'll make
Forever they will cherish
This Christmas memory
All the good times that they had
All their joy and glee
