• I walk among the frost tinted windows with the festive displays of holiday spirit.

    Jingles of bells, choirs of carolers, & the aroma of pine trees mixed with the scent of fresh gingerbread.

    I look around to see people smiling with happiness as they shop for gifts for loved ones or couples huddling for warm shelter from this damp winter day.

    Their laughter hanging in the air like the wonderful smells this day brings.

    This time of year I feel that the whole world is in a state of calm & peace.

    Just simply the feeling in the air fills me with hope & content.

    Those few simple days before Christmas installs me with joy & longing for everyday to feel this way. . .
