Crawling, crawling, lasts the day,
Dreary, still, and lost
Within memories of May
Dearly it has cost:
For frost cold and frozen stiff,
Snow hath brought to end
Summer rays and river skiff,
Which curved 'round the bend.
Yet, water clear freely flows
'mong green grass and stone,
Calling forth the breeze who blows:
Shaking grass now grown.
Now, our lives flourish and thrive
And blossom with hope,
While dreams loose and come alive,
Wishing to elope.

The dictionary.com definition of elope as a verb is:
1.)to run off secretly to be married, usually without the consent or knowledge of one's parents.
2.)to run away with a lover.
3.)to leave without permission or notification; escape.
As humans, we make love to our dreams of the future, caressing them and entertaining them within our minds until they do the same. The last line is speaking of the action of dreams breaking from the prison of our minds and coming to life. - Report As Spam
