    tempting treats so very delicious

    pretty ribboned boxes wrapped
    envision all the gifts entrapped

    colored lights all twinkling row upon row
    decorating the evergreen tree for show

    lovely tunes that voices are humming
    dreaming of guests that soon will be coming

    snuggled in bed to excited to sleep
    children still share delightful peeps

    parents sit and share a loving glance
    knowing there is still time for a little romance

    this here is christmas, a time for rejoice
    Peoples gifting gives God his voice
