- Description: As one of the first members of his class to reach the rank of Jounin, Neji is one of the most reknowned ninja in Konoha. His skills include mastery of the Byakugan, which afford him almost 360 vision and the ability to see the flow of chakra. The name "Neji" is a play on the word "screw," which most likely refers to his "Kaiten" technique where he releases chakra from his body and spins rapidly to repel incoming attacks. This is a cosplay of Neji as an ANBU member. Hope you like it!

- It's actually spelled right Gaara. But none the less, all of you who are instant 5'ing him are idiots. Then again all of you who praise this are idiots. How is this a cosplay? There wasn't a Anbu Neji in anything naruto related up to this point,so where did he come from? Let me guess..This kids a** thats where. He should of thrown this crap in the original arena. Hopefully this doesn't place. -_- The narutards have struck us again.

Neji would be in a kamino if not the traditional ANBU uniform, and it's too crowded. Other than that, it's decent. 3. - Report As Spam

- I like it.It looks like Neji.....but the only thing that throw me off was the skin....Hyuuga s are pale....but I m still giving you a 5/5 because I like Neji and you did very good! Good Job! ^~^
