- I am a fan of Neptune...she is and was way back then , my favorite character.I like how you added the mirror from one of her attacks as well.I just don't approve of the eyes.

- I like how you did the skirt and I like that you added the mirror, but there are a few things bothering me. One of the things is the water. I know that is probably supposed to be her attack, but it just looks so misplaced in your avatar because it has so much movement in it while your avi just stands still. Second is the hair. The eyebrows it gives her are too thick. Maybe the girl's tressa hair teal will work better.
