- Artist: Seijuro the Fallen Dragon
- Description: As one of the first members of his class to reach the rank of Jounin, Neji is one of the most reknowned ninja in Konoha. His skills include mastery of the Byakugan, which afford him almost 360 vision and the ability to see the flow of chakra. The name "Neji" is a play on the word "screw," which most likely refers to his "Kaiten" technique where he releases chakra from his body and spins rapidly to repel incoming attacks. This is a cosplay of Neji as an ANBU member. Hope you like it!

- It's great! And congratulations on actually having the ninja headband. This is very well put together, but the only thing I have a "problem" with is his skin. Neji's skin is pale, and also his hair is more like the ladies heian style of hair on Gaia. Dont worry, the head band should be able to hide those unsightly dots in the middle of the forehead, and the mask should hide the peak that makes the forehead look too big.
