- Artist: Seijuro the Fallen Dragon
- Description: As one of the first members of his class to reach the rank of Jounin, Neji is one of the most reknowned ninja in Konoha. His skills include mastery of the Byakugan, which afford him almost 360 vision and the ability to see the flow of chakra. The name "Neji" is a play on the word "screw," which most likely refers to his "Kaiten" technique where he releases chakra from his body and spins rapidly to repel incoming attacks. This is a cosplay of Neji as an ANBU member. Hope you like it!

- kagutuchi shut up.gaia limits you with this stuff.ur limited by gold and the items available.the artist off this shouldn't worry about her.she doesn't know.(if it's a sh i don't know and don't care)

- Not everybody has the means to buy a Kitsune Mask, so the Inari Beads are the next best thing. True you shouldn't do a cosplay unless you've got everything right but still, it's a good shot to say the least. For the jacket and eyes though I'll only give this a 3/5.

- they eyes are horrible. He has lavender eyes, not lgiht blue ones. His skin is paler as well. He wears white. Finally, the anbu masks aren't orange.
