Every Thursday, at exactly 6:09am, a little old lady comes down my street. She screams out at the top of her lungs 'BUY MY BALLOONS YOU LITTLE BASTARDS', for an entire hour, waking up the whole block.
No one ever buys her balloons, but sure enough, the next Thurdsay at 6:09am, she's there.
No one knows why.
No one bothers to ask.
