Lily trudged through the blizzard around her, pulling her coat tigher to her body to keep warm, her wings twitching behind her thanks to the biting cold. Her warm slippers sunk deeper into the snow with every step she took. Her brother had thought it hilarious to dump the ink of a bright green highlighter atop her usually-brown hair, and now, despite the warnings of the blizzard, she was trudging through the deep snow to get to the convenience store. The brown hair dye was so close!
