You're on the beach, getting drenched in rain, trying to hurry home; that storm came so suddenly. It rages on, and in the distance across the water you think you see a bit of yellow among the waves... then, what is that? A flashing light? It's an SOS! There's someone stranded on a liferaft in the storm!
