I really wish you hadn't used orange skin. The golden skin may have looked better, but I would go with no alternative skin. Just natural. Use more of the same blue throughout. It needs more of the blue and the gold. I'm really not sure what possessed you to put the pink satin hairbow and the pink Bunny Slippers, but it looks horrendous.
Stick with three matching colors. I.E.: Gold, light blue, maybe a little purple.

- I agree with XxCrystalised SugarxX, the blue top sort of matches the clouds around the moons, so that isn't bad, but the pink throws it off a bit.

- Mmm....No offence, but I don't really like it. When I design avators, I have a habit of making it all colour coordinated. The main colour for this would be white and gold. The rosy cheeks and the blue top and the (cute) bunny shoes don't go.
