    Anything with deep, intellectual, mature, philosophical, innovative, unique, dark, highly emotional, open minded, visceral, psychological, or thought provoking themes.<br />

    Anime I dislike/outright cannot stand:<br />
    Anything that is cliche, simple, overly cute, unrealistic in an annoying level, bland, close minded, unoriginal, shallow, biased, full of filler, mindlessly violent, mindlessly romantic, ....mindless in general, or lacking of strong plot.<br />
    (i.e. most romance or teen based anime. Or most action based anime. Really, almost any anime that is targeted towards a younger audience)
