• "Nuh-Uh. I'm not goin' up there by myself." You state looking up at the building infront of you. The building itself wasn't all that bad, in fact it was beautiful and you would've loved it to death if you weren't getting the weird feeling something bad was waiting for you.
"Oh come on, it's only for like five minutes." He assured you. You looked at him with a slight frown. "I'll be up with you in five ok?" He promised giving you one of his great, award winning smiles that never failed to make to swoon. You sighed in defeat.
"Fine, but if I die, I'm coming back to haunt you." You joked. He kissed your cheek. "I wouldn't have it any other way." He grinned. You smiled back at him before heading up to the room he gave you.

As you reached the room you noticed the door was open. 'That's a bit strange' You thought to yourself before you entered, convincing your mind that it was just the cleaning people.
The next thing you knew there was a guy next to you pointing a gun at your head. He gave you a few seconds to register the situation and be properly frightened. "Are you going to do as I say?" He asked quietly but threateningly.
You nodded slowly, afraid that if you moved to fast it would be the last movement you made. "Sit." He comanded as he pointed to a chair.
You did as you were told. Closing your eyes, you willed all your tears away. 'He'll do something stupid if he sees me crying' You thought. So you just sat facing the door, waiting for your love to come.
The longest five minutes of your life...

He got to the door and saw you sitting with your eyes closed, then his brain registered the absolutely terrified expression on your face and then the gun pointed directly at your head. The man smirked as his fingers tensed around the trigger.
He yelled your name by instict as he ran as fast as humanly possible towards you, but he was too late. The gun fired and you fell to the cold, hard floor.
As the blood leaked from the side of your head, the last words you heard were "I love you." And the last thing you saw was a little box that he had dropped, it was open and revealing a beautiful ring.
