• It poured out from within me. “The Darkness”, terrified, it had to escape and flee as far from its former victim. A vessel that was thought to be incorruptible until now harbored this intense evil. The ex-harbinger of this malevolence has no alternative but to pursue “The Darkness” and save humanity.

    Months, it has taken months to find this wickedness! Tracked to a secluded island “The Darkness” begs and lashes out in desperation. A feeling of success overwhelms me as I unsheathe my sword. The blade grows brighter and begins to feel light as a twig. I remain focused on the soon-dead prize.

    Righteous revenge, you shall feel the warmth of my blade at last! What’s this?!?!?!? People aren’t supposed to be here? That LOOK! THOSE RED EYES!! The darkness has taken over everyone close to me and is now using them!!! Even the creatures in the air and sea seem a little more dark……

    The evil has spread into many forms. While the Paladin vessel has searched for this one type of evil the darkness has altered and multiplied. The world is enclosed in abhorrent shadows and the only safe place to run to, is to the creator of this evil. I did the right thing. How could I have failed? The naive and blameworthy assemble around me as if I were a banquet.

    The hunter becomes the hunted and it was my own near sightedness that spurred my impending demise. Or so they thought??? I lay out as a trap, the darkness rushes to consume me again only to discover that I had filled myself with light. A heavenly light, so bright that once touched by darkness it counteracts violently and begins to hunt without assistance.
