• The next day, I found out that Fakir did something, for we were playing the Nutcracker and He replaced Michael. And he was in the advanced class with Penny! Now Penny will hate me even more. When Mrs. Dollanganger announced that Michael would be the night instead, he looked at me then at Fakir. Worry in his eyes, I could almost hear what he was thinking
“Not only am I losing her to Julian, but now to this guy? This Fakir that just happens to eat breakfast with her? Me…why?”
It made me feel like someone kicked me in the stomach and just kept his/her foot there until I bled.
“Well, why are we all just staring at our new guest, Julie, if you please…?” Mrs. Dollanganger said, but Fakir still kept his stern, not-caring-mind-somewhere-else look on. I got up, and Mrs. Dollanganger turned on the music. We practiced pas de deux in front of everyone. Fakir kept his face, it made me think… “Did he really send that note?” I felt an urge of romance spring into my stomach. Was I falling for him? Am I going to get lost in his like I do with Micheal? What am I going to do? What if Micheal finds out? Will he still love me? Will anyone ever love me again? I had some many questions in my head, I didn't realize that Fakir had stopped dancing. I must have spoken out loud because suddenly the whole class was looking at me; including Fakir…He had sadness and confusion in his eyes.
“Julie…um…you’re supposed to point at this point, why are you just standing still?” Fakir said, and thank god he did. I pointed my toes and danced once more we joined.H e said in a small whisper “I did write the note, and everything in it was true. I want you Julie, I need you.”
He had a smile on his face, when we separated once more, I turned to look at Michael, and he was just talking to his friends, not even noticing that Fakir was giving me mushy eyes. It is wired, I somehow wanted him to just grab me from Fakir’s arms, and take me away to his room. But, that would never happen. The music stopped, and my romantic stage fight was over. I looked into the mirror and noticed how pale I was. There was a devilish smile on Fakirs lips, it made me tremble with anger. Why now? Why did he wait all this time? Why was it confusing me so? Why didn’t I love Michael enough to just send Fakir away? WHY WAS MY MIND JUMBLING WITH SO MANY QUESTIONS?!? It made me so angry; I felt the urge to just hit something or someone.
When I went back to the dorm, Penny was there reading a Cosmo magazine. “It is funny, Fakir wasn’t in class today…what did you do even now?”
I couldn’t reply to that, but as I thought I found a smart awnser. “I simply didn’t do anything Penny. Mrs. D only partnered us up because she thought he looked good as the prince. That’s it. And, if it helps you, I made a complete fool of myself today.” I replied, but I added boredom to my voice, so it sounded simple. I looked at her; it looked as if interest, then confusion, then sadness, then anger flushed over her face. Then she has a face that looked like she couldn’t stand me on. Then she rolled her eyes and walked out of the room. I put my hand to my heart; it was beating and fast. I missed the old penny, and no matter how hard she tried…she couldn’t hide that she still wanted to be my friend.

    BONUS POEM!!!

If I could have just one wish, I would wish to wake up everyday to the warmth of your breath on my neck. The moisture of your lips on my cheek, the touch of your fingers on my skin, and feel your heart beating with mine...knowing I could never find the same feeling with anyone but you.

    BONUS POEM!!!
    Slow dancing with the Wind
We walk back and forth, in each others arms, looking into each others eyes, the music beating in our hearts, my hands aroud his neck, his on my waist. Never looking away, cheeks burning up, stomachs dancing along with us. I lay my head upon your shoulder, I could feel your body tense as we pulled each other closer. This moment shared together. Never wanting to break apart. I could feel the wind of the night, flowing through my hair, your smile widens. Brezzes passing, hearts beating, eyes shining. Slow dancing with the wind.
