• In a village not far from the Milian Mountains, a man named Sayulin lived with his family of 4. It was summer and his kids ran through the gardens laughing at an unknown joke. Sayulin chuckled at them as he pick at the vegetables while his wife sat on the high porch. She rubbed her swelling stomach and knew the baby was to come soon. At dinner, they ate together on the porch for it was too hot to be inside and the kids loved to feel the breeze on their faces.
Sayulin was laughing at the face his daughter made at her vegetables when they heard it. A shriek that pierced the air itself and rang through the village and echoed through the mountains in the horizon. The family froze. A shadowy figure could be seen two doors down. He leaded down towards the porch and light sparked from his fingers. In seconds, the house was on fire and out of nowhere, villagers from a rivaling town flooded in with swords and chains attacking the men and raping woman. Sayulin's family, living at the far-edge of the village, had enough time to huddle into the cellar, but just as they closed the door, the attackers broke down the door and in moments found the door to the cellar. Sayulin's wife covered her kids protectively, as did Sayulin. The attackers grinned at the wife's belly and ripped her from her family's arms. The kids were crying and the wife kicked and screamed but was pulled up the stairs by her hair. The capturers closed the door behind them and for a moment the wife stopped to speak then started to scream again.
"Your going to hurt my baby! Stop, stop, STOP!!!"
Sayulin told the kids to be quite and not come up and slowly approached the door. Then, he picked up a piece of wood and leaped through the door. But they were ready for him and thumped him in the head. The last thing he saw was his wife staring at him with wide eyes. How strong she is, he thought, even while she is raped...
Then the darkness took hold and Sayulin crumpled to the ground, leaving his wife and two kids to fend for themselves.
