• Chapter 9

I woke up on the bus about an hour later. It was 8:00.
“Crap I missed her stop. Well Where am I now?” I said going up to the bus driver.
He said that we would arrive in Mostren town in 5 minutes.
Are you serious? I past her house three towns ago. Well I’ll just have to transfer buses.
I waited 5 minutes for the bus to stop. When we got to the bus stop I called my parents then Allison. My parents and Allison both said I could stay so I went to her house.
“Oh wow Kei that was fast. Come in come in.” Allison said.
We walked in to her house and Jessie was there.
Of course he would be here. He lives next door and he loves her. What am I worried about. They won’t do anything like last time. Or maybe they would.
“Kei do you want a soda or something else. I can go get It.”
”Um, can I have a martini or a whiskey?” I asked looking around the room.
“Can you wait a while I have to go buy it. I’ll be back.” She said putting her shoes on.
”Wait you don’t have to go Alli. Have your sister do it.” Jessie said.
“No I’d rather do it Shorty. It was kind of my fault that his house was on fire so I’ll go. See you.” She said leaving.
“Don’t you dare laugh. I will kill you.” Jessie said looking back at me.
“Hah ha you’re as short as ever Jessie!” I said laughing.
“That’s why your cute sweetheart.” Allison’s sister said coming in.
“Get away from me Aubrey.” Jessie said walking towards me.
“Oh Kei sweetie I didn’t know you were here.” She said walking towards me.
“I didn’t now you were even alive.” I said smirking.
“Oh how cold. Why can’t you love me like you love Allison?”
“To put it out straight I hate you. I hate you just like I hate Jessie’s brother Michael. You know its kind of a coincidence. I hate all of my friend’s siblings. Well except Adriana’s cause she’s my best friend and they aren’t jerk faces like you guys.”
“Oh Kei you have similar taste as me. That’s what I like about you. You hate my brother and Alli’s sister. Wow I’m glad you’re my friend.” Jessie said patting my back. I looked at the clock and at the door.
“Shouldn’t Allison be back?” I asked going to the door. No one answered so I went outside. I looked around but it was to dark for me to see. I went back inside and grabbed Jessie. He followed obediently. We walked to the store where Allison had gone and she wasn’t in there.
“Where could she be then?” I asked him. “How should I know?” He said back leaving.
I came out of the store and he stopped. “Alli!” Jessie ran over to her.
I walked slowly over to her and realized she was unconscious. I looked around her for a weapon or something but there was nothing. There was no blood around either so we assumed she just collapsed. Jessie picked her up and handed me the drinks. He looked mad. I walked slowly behind him. He walked faster and I caught up. He kept going when the green light said for the cars to go. We got to her house and Michael and Aubrey were on the couch.
“Get off the couch sex buddies.” They looked at us and smiled. Michael got up and went to her room. Then Aubrey got up and followed him in.
“This is why I don’t like girls. They can be real whores sometimes.” I said sitting on a chair.
”I am just glad they hooked up.” Allison said getting off Jessie’s back.
“Thank you, Shorty. “ Allison said.
She took out some spray from a cupboard and sprayed the couch thousands of times. I laughed really hard and she put it back.
“Sorry for worrying you two but I’m going to bed. Come on Jessie. Kei you can sleep in the guest room. Goodnight.” She waved goodnight and went into her room.
I am glad they love each other. I am also glad they can sleep together without doing something unlike their siblings. I got my whiskey out of the bag and went to the guest room. I sat on the bed and looked around.
“Why is there a guest room in an apartment?!” I asked yelling quietly. I drank some of my whiskey. I got up and looked out the window. “Hmm it’s pretty when it snows in the middle of summer.” I took some more whiskey. I went into the kitchen and there was no more of it. I looked at the clock. I put on my shoes and went out the door.
