• The crescent moon shined down on the ground. Below the moon stood a tribe site surrounded by forest. And surrounding with Urban areas, cities. A mighty fire burning on a pile of the finest wood. Children ran and laughed with each other while the adults talked quietly, sharing a chuckle every once in a while. Until the first drum beat sounded.

Then all was silent. Two rows of med marched forward, with a lone woman on the end. They formed a circle around the fire with the woman in front. Then, the drum began. Louder than sirens, louder than bells. Sweeter than heaven and harder than hell. The circle started to dance, and the drum beat on.The fire started to flicker. They danced on, and the fire started to move. The drum beat faster, and they danced faster. Then, as the beat reached it climax, the fire flared, and the male dancers knelt.

The woman kept dancing with movements so fast the human eye could not see. Then she spread her arms, and the fire detached itself from the wood. In the air was a floating ball of fire. but the woman kept dancing, and the fire kept burning.

She stopped, but the fire didn't. She walked under it and below her a magical sigil appeared, changing shape and size as the fire kept burning. She placed her hand above her self, and lunged down. Then the sigil burned a great white as the woman pushed an invisible object into the fire.with one pushed she sigil seeped into her feet and through her body and launched the fire into the sky. All was quiet for a few seconds..Then great balls of fire fell from the sky.

Like sand they fell, thousands in total, the decimated the surrounding area. all the cities destroyed, the forest, scorched, the trabe site though? unscathed.

And as the sun rose, the tribe was empty, not a soul in site.
