• It ran after us, so fast it seemed like it was in the air.

We hid behind a desk as the Slitheen passed, not realizing, "That was TOO close!" Austin exclaimed.

"Whooo, that was fun!" I said. Austin stared at me as if I was crazy.

"Yeah, we are sort of used to it," Maria said out of breath.

I felt something vibrate in my pocket. It was my phone. I opened it up and the incoming call was my dad, "Aw crap!" I said.
    "What is it?" Luke asked.
"It's my dad." I answered, scared to answer the phone.
"Told you this would happen!!" Austin said.
"What should I say?" I asked.
"The truth of course!!" Austin said. I rolled my eyes.
"Yeah Austin sure," I said sarcastically, "I'll just tell him that we are at the police station in Fresno being chased by big, green aliens trying to steal back a Police Box that is actually my alien substitute teachers time travel machine. I don't think so." I stared at the vibrating phone in my hand, "Besides, we promised not to tell anyone."

"Dad?" I answered trying to keep a calm voice.
"WHERE ARE YOU?! THE BUS PASSED AND YOU WERN'T ON IT!!!!!" I flinched at his yelling.
"Um...I missed the bus dad. I tried to call, but there was no signal." What a lame excuse was that? More like a lame lie.
He sighed, "I'll be at the school in 30 minuets. DON'T let this happen again!" He hung up on me after that.
"So," Clyde began, "how mad is he?"
I just waked off to the side and sat against the wall, "I should have thought of a better excuse," I thought. "How are we gonna get the Tardis back in 30 minuets?"

What are you kids doing in here?" Officer Cooper said as she walked in. Austin picked up a stapler and threatened her, " Are you an alien to?!!!!" he exclaimed.
"You idiot!!!" Clyde exclaimed as he took the stapler from him.
"Get down!" Officer Cooper exclaimed as she held her gun up. Austin and Clyde did as she said right before the Slitheen jumped out at them. She shot her gun and hit it in the shoulder. It squealed in pain.
"Follow me!" she commanded as we stood up and obeyed her.
