Darkness, the wailing of pain, and the small cell. You awake to your small cell you live in. You stretch as best as you can without hurting yourself. A scientist walks by your cell, making you cringe at the pain that came with him. Death is looming over you, you wonder is beyond the steel doors that lead to the outside world.

The experimentation were over, for now. The watchmen stood over the scientists while they put experiments away. Then they leave to find their next project. S-425 sighed and layed where they dropped her in her cell.<They come back. Like they always do.> She turned over on her stomach and looked a'llround to the people to her left and right. The girl on her left had horns growing out of her head and a tail. She whined and cried all the time. To her right was baby boy with scales and the eyes of a snake. The cell in front of her was empty.<Poor child.> She remembered a boy her age with spikes and amor like skin sitting there. She sat up and held on to her legs. She felt the stitches on her body where the scientists turned her into a human patch doll. She tried to remember what it was like before she came here.

    Three years ago...

It was a hot summer afternoon when Luna was on her way home from school, not knowing what will happen when she came home that day. She turned the corner to the street where she and her parents lived. Her house was only a few steps away. She noticed that there was a black van parked in the driveway."That's strange. I have never seen this car before. I wonder who's it is? Oh, well." She ran up the walkway to her house. She open the front door and dropped her book bag by the door."I'm home! Mom! Dad?" She noticed that it was quiter than it normally should. She walked towards the living room, looking for her parents. When she walked into the living room, she saw her parents sitting with three people in black suits.
"Oh Luna. Welcome home. Come have a seat."Her mother beckoned her over to chair. Luna sat down in the armchair in front of her parents.
"Now Luna, these people are here to..." Her father was having a hard time trying to tell her what or who these people are."These people are here to take you away." Luna quickly stood up from her chair that she was sitting in."Now Luna, please dont take this the worng way. These people will take good care of you, I promise." The three men in suits stood up and walked towards Luna.
"If you would please follow us." The tallest man lead her towards their black van parked in the drive way. The other two men walked behind her making sure she didn't try to run. The tallest man in the suit opened the car door and beckoned her inside. Luna looked at her parents before she got in.
"Wait!" Her mother called out to her."Can we give her something before she leaves?" The other two men in suits looked at the tallest man. He pondered the thought for a moment.
"Very well then. But hurry up. We're going to be late." Her mother walked over to her and held out a small silver locket. Luna took the locket and opened it, seeing a picture of her and her parents togather. Luna looked up to her mother, to see that she was crying.
"I want you to remember us while you stay with these people." Luna hugged her mother tightly before she had to leave. Luna let go of her mother and got in the black van. Luna watch her house and all the good memories that went with it disappear into the background. Before she got a chance to see where she was going., she felt a sharp pain the back of her neck. She felt faint and black out.
When she woke up she was in a cramped cell, wearing rags for clothing. She looked at her legging seeing sticthes on her legs. Her feet were a different color than the rest of her body. She came to a reality. She was now a human lab rat.

After that the tests never stopped. The pain never wained even the slightest. She held up the locket that her parents gave her so many years ago. She opened the locket to see the picture of her and her parents. She smiled slightly at the memories of that time. She layed down on the cold hard cement floor remembering the good times with her parents. She closed her eyes while remembering her past.

Her eyes were never going to open again.
