• Sora began to step back in a fragile state. He thought, “If I run, I won’t make it. If I transport, it won’t be fast enough.” He lost his footing and fell back, awaiting the wonderful thing that he wasn’t expecting. By two minutes time, the huge streak of light reached the ground, not harming anything or anyone. Sora was scared half to death, thinking about his will already. He stayed still and leaned in closer to see that the light dropped off a beautiful girl with lime green hair. She laid there, still glowing from the light. He stared at her beauty, in awe. When Sora snapped to it, he remembered a poem he saw in many textbooks. “On that night, the stars seemed to dance in joy. On that night, the moon shined brighter than ever. On that night, a radiant light, Came from the starry sky, leaving behind the most beautiful white streak, in that light, was Angel.” He couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
The girl looked like she was in a deep slumber. Sora looked around to see if anyone else saw, to make sure he was alive. He saw the students and teachers from the festival--they looked a bit confused, and he heard people talking about seeing a giant shooting star. From there on, he knew he wasn’t dead, or insane. Sora carefully examined her, still a bit confused. He didn’t know what to do. He sat there next to her for another 5 minutes to see if she would wake up but she didn’t. “You’ll be my ‘little’ secret then…” Sora said. He gently picked her up, and onto his back she went.
It was 12:32am. Sora reached home, hoping no one was there, so they would get the wrong idea. He carried her up the stairs and into his room. His mini studying territory. The girls’ eyebrows began to twitch a little, but it looked like she didn’t want to wake up. Sora put her on his futon and he stared at her. He couldn’t and wouldn’t dare take his eyes off. He thought there wouldn’t be any girl as pretty as that. Prettier than Rika, that’s for sure.
Soon enough, Sora started falling asleep on himself. When he began to realize that, he left to the kitchen for something to wake him up. He got too desperate. During that trip, she started to wake up. She had a whole bunch of mixed feelings brewing up inside. She jumped up and looked around, unfamiliar of everything.
Sora heard the sudden movement upstairs, and he went back flying up the stairs. But he suddenly stopped.
Her eyes were simply dazzling. Sora gazed off into them, from that much of a seven foot distance. She looked scared, thinking he had something bad in store for her. She stepped back and bumped into the book shelf. “W-wait! I didn’t mean to look at you like that…” Sora said apologetically. “Where am I and who are you?” She asked. She looked impatient yet, very shy. Sora looked at her with a small kind smile and said, “My house. I’m Sora Yamamoto…I found you laying by a lake so I thought I’d try and help you out…”Sora tried so hard not to look at her. His cheeks were turning red. She gave him a blank stare and said, “How did or could you find me?” She finally showed her expression. She looked worried and angered. “Well….There was a huge streak of light and it looked like it was-” She stopped him by holding a sharp staff to his neck.
