• Before every field hockey game I get butterflies and when I step on the field it escalates but when I hear the whistle blow it turns into adrenaline.
Everyone’s moving strategically. Some make their sticks a natural extension of their arm.
Everyone on the field wants the same thing; the ball.
When I take a shot it seems to go in slow motion. But when I hear it slap the back of the goal, I feel like time moves faster.

When you’re on the field it's not about you. It's about reaching for something that doesn't only benefit you.

    Every loss is a lesson.
    Every win is a victory.
And every person on your team feels that they can relate to you.
