A tear runs down your cheek as it meets the page
As you write the words, 'good bye',
You plan to leave this world behind
Time has passed and you're ok,
Taking things day by day
Hoping this is how it'll stay
Fitting in is a terrible task,
Longing to fill the half empty flask
But now you've found a friend to love
And away from the dark you shove
