I feel like my heart's getting ripped out,
I'm losing my best friend,
he knows everything,
the only one who truly cares,
and he's about to disappear,
he understands me like no other,
he can relate to me,
the only one I trust knowing everything,
and I'm about to lose him,
that boy's the closest friend I have,
he means the world to me,
and that's about to disappear,
well if he's not going to exist,
neither will I,
I'll see him on the other side

I agree with death in wings.
Its open enough that i can relate to it, my best friend is going to college in a different state, but maybe look over this and see if you can edit the words a little more.

it is good very open and clean all that I can see is you need to use fewer everyday words because that lessens the impact of your writing
