Have you moved on yet or are you like me?
Are you still hanging on a memory?
If I hadn’t known you then I might have been okay
But I can remember it like it was yesterday
If I could go back in time I’d take back what I said
But right now I wish that I was dead

Why is it that you’ve never shared my pain?
Our heart that once was whole has now been twain
If only I’d known that we were never meant to be
I thought I was blind back then and now I’ve learned to see
But now I realize that I’m not having fun
I believe that my blindness just begun
