Alice, my Alice,
down on broken knees,
bloody fingers searching,
through useless keys.
“Alice, my dear,
this is not wonderland.
Listen closely now,
you must understand.”
“You’ll find no key
to fit this lock
There’s no eternal garden,
ever two o’clock.
No mock turtle
to dance to and fro.
I’m afraid, Alice,
you’ve nowhere to go.”
“Yet, Alice, dear, Alice,
this reflection is yours.
It shows all the turmoil,
your battles, and wars.
Follow it now.
You’ll find all you need,
to save you from yourself,
Your sloth, and your greed.”
“Cheshire, sweet Cheshire,
this blood is not mine,”
she lies as the blade
cuts down the line.
“Alice, my Alice,
I’ll take you away,
Be kinder, sweeter,
gentler than they.”
“Follow the white rabbit
to the end of the hole.
There you will find
what the Red Queen stole.”
So, Alice, my Alice,
let her mind slip away,
her soul fall to ruin,
and her heart to decay.

- Description: This is not very good. I had insomnia and was up for two days when I wrote this last night....this morning at 4:00. ^^; Anytime I get insomnia, I always end up with Alice in Wonderland on the brain. It's weird.
