• All this time, and the glass still flows.
Yet it is not a liquid.
    Alone and holding it's shape.
A solid though, it can not make.
    Weak in it's own form,
Too powerful to die from the pain.

    Why has this happened.
    How far will it go?
    How much longer
    Is this show?

    I did all you asked,
    I did all you begged.
All you did was shoot my head.

    Here you are
    Throwing rocks at my door.
Here I stand taking each and every blow.
I will fall, I will die,
Too bad it won't happen tonight.

    Now here I stand,
    Watching the glass.
As it shatters, your rocks pass.

    Shadows are waiting all around,
Watching as I kneel to the ground.
    I can't hurt you,
    Which you knew.
    And as I stand,
    You throw me down again.

One last time, I get up.
And it is you I hold in my arms.
    "You dropped this."
As I give you my heart.

    Then away I go.
    Wincing as I leave.
Feeling what remains begin to cease.
