Dawn is near
The sun I fear
Lady death has come for me
Covering my skin in her cold embrace
The world goes dark
Release me, that’s all I ask
I die every night again and again
But wake at dusk reborn in sin
I wander the night
For blood so sweet
Never realising we were fated to meet
I see you
Graceful and tall
Your beautiful hair
An ebony waterfall
Your eyes, green fire
Burning bright with innocent desire
Your skin so white
From walking alone
Out in the night
Again I look, I stare at you
And see, my word, you’re just like me
Forever wandering, forever walking
Shadows falling, blindly stalking
Forever caught in life’s sweet web
Always pondering time we’ve spent
Life’s blood yearning
Calling, calling
Instinct answers
Always, always
Together forever in eternal bliss
Spending eternity within your kiss
When old man sun rises again
We will face down with Lady Death
Together within her cold embrace
We sink deeper, deeper cant escape
Dying, dying, waiting to be reborn again.
