i read to get away
to get away from this nightare we call reality
i read to go to a place were i am merely the bystander

a place where i cant get hurt
a place where i am the hero

slogging though everyday, where nothing good happens
where there is only suffering
and at the end, there is somewhere i can go.

some safe haven, where i can escape all the prblems of tis world
to bad it doesnt exist

I understand. I read every day, mountains of books and millions of pages have passed through my hands, and I feel fulfilled. They criticize and misjudge you because somewhere deep down, they know you are the better one off, and they have a barbaric need to never allow that. Don't let them dampen your spirits, because there is always a safe haven, as soon as you stop looking and lose yourself in a book.
