Inspiration, stern with a gentle heart. Always fighting
for what is right, every day and night a fight to survive.
Despair never came, even where it should, you took life
as a gift every day giving what you could. With art as
your passion you could draw a masterpiece, You would work
with your hands and make it look easy.
Remembrance of words you'd say with that loud booming
voice, kept grand kids in line without even scaring them.
In death you would not want us to grieve, so a promise I make,
a promise from each grandchild, so you can rest in peace. We
Promise to live strong and be all we can be. We wont grieve for long,
that promise we'll keep, so please grandpa please... rest in peace.
