Yes, yes, I was supposed to update Friday - but I didn't because I was on my Thanksgiving-break and I was beat from releasing Quest System crying Now I'm back in action and I'm looking forward to the next couple of months of maintenance and bug fixing.

Riding in the Short Bus
Not so much to report this past week because I was only there for 2 days! (I was somewhat sick on Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday were days off for Thanksgiving).

Quest Side
We re-released the Quest System on Tuesday, the 21st. The re-release was almost entirely bug-free (thanks QA team!) so now we can start to build off of it going forward. Now the complainers need something else to complain about...

I wanted to make another point regarding Monthly Collectibles in the Quest System, which is the new object of users' ire. Right now, it's pretty far off our radars - we haven't started on Phase Two yet, so while users are all abuzz about it, we're not discussing it too much.

I'm still paying attention to user threads about MC's in the Quest System, and myself and a few others are boiling up some ideas that should please newbies and oldbies alike -- though it will be a while before we have a round table discussion about the subject.

By the by, I updated the Quest System FAQ last Monday -- so if you have any questions... read that first!

I loved the new weekly comic again this past week. It included:

• The parody of a great new gaming system
• Ron Bruise!
• Crazy casino hags (I wonder who does their makeup)

I know there are some users who don't care much for the new comics, and maybe it's my weird sense of humor, but they've really been hitting the spot for me lately.

Weakest Links
I've gotten so many chain letters in the past week from users I randomly added to my friendlist. From now on I'm instantly removing anybody who sends me a chain letter (and using the new "Report This PM" button). Hasn't anybody learned anything from Chainey, the Chain-Letter Mascot of Stunted Mental Development?

Holiday Contest!
I think at the end of this week I'm going to hold a contest to allow users to win some big cashiola. I'll be paying out of my own gold, but it should provide a little fun. Keep an eye out and tell your friends (or don't, since they might be competing against you!).

I'm setting the prize at a tentative 50,000 gold eek
