The Legend of Goken

Part 1

There was a 13 year old boy named Goken, his mother was named Pan, but he did not know his father. He was unusually strong for his age and kept getting into fights,and quite frankly,beating the s**t out of the other boys. So his mother told him to use his strength in a more ... proactive sort of way. By entering in the Tenachi Budokai tournment. So Goken spent enless weeks training everyday after school and on weekends for the tournment.He also went to his grandfather Goten's to train every Saturday. He even mastered the art of the Kamehameha wave.
One week before the tournament he found himself walking in a field he has never been to before. He was walking towads a big oak tree to take a brake and closed his eyes.
"Ahhhhhhh!" he yelled
As he jumped and did a half turn to see what had just startled him. Amazingly it was the tree itself!
"Hello" it said,
"I am the Tree Of Happiness, you may have heard of my brother the Tree Of Might. I noticed you laying on me and wanted to know who you were."
Said the tree in a sleepy dull voice.
"I am Goken, a fighter of south-east city, and ... how are you talking to me?"Replied Goken in a haughty tone. "
Well I am alive you idiot! How else would I be talking to you?" said the tree sarcastically and seeming a little more active.
"I wouldn't talk to me like that! KA...ME...!!" he started.
"Okay, okay, I'm sorry, no need to use that attack on me, I just tend to be a little sensitive about the fact that I am one of the four talking trees left, the only other one is the Tree Of Glory. But more importantly, where did you learn the Kamehameha wave?" asked the tree.
"From my grandfather Goten, but how do you know about ---BEEP BEEP BEEP! Oh no! Gotta go, I'll come back after the tournment! Goken said as he flew off."
When he got home he told his mother about the tree and explained that's why he was late for dinner. His mother said Okay and they ate a hearty meal of steak,rice,pasta and for desert they had pie and vanilla ice cream. Mmmmmmm! said Goken as he took his last bite of pie and rubbed his belly.
"That is the best pie I've ever had!"
"Well thank you Goken, now take your plate to the sink and get ready for bed, tomorrow is Saturday so you've got to go to grandfather Goten's to train for the tournment. I heard that Vegeta Jr. is entering, and you know your brother Goku Jr. is to. So you have a big day of training before the tournment on Friday,said his mom."
"Okay, said Goken, I'll go brush my teeth and hop into hed. Good night mom." he said as he went towards the bathroom.
