I guess I have everything planned. Tonight is Friday night, so Norris' kids are sleeping over at their grandma's. We'll probably have dinner and go shopping for a dress for Alex to wear to the wedding. It feels far away, but fifteen days is really soon. Everytime I think about it, I get a little nervous.

I miss my family, but I guess everyone is so busy getting things situated for the wedding that we can't talk much. In the past week we've ordered the rings, paid for the wedding cake, chose and ordered the groom's cake, mailed the invitations and finalised the wedding dress. Phew! All of my thank you notes are done, and I'm so tired of kissing people's asses for buying us presents. We love the presents, don't get me wrong, but I've been doing all of the writing. That gets old after a while.

The wedding is going to be fantastically cheap due to all of my contacts. My aunt said that a girl plans her wedding from the day that she realises that there's a possibility of having one. Well, I've made contacts since that day. The grand total so far is $3,000!!!! The honeymoon isn't included in that total, but hilariously enough, it'll probably cost more than the wedding will. Good, 'cause I need a vacation!
