○○○○Grab a glass because there's going to be a flood!
A beautiful and entrancing melody bounced airily around the room. All the porcelain statues seemed to smile in affection to the tune that brought warmth to their cold complexion. The maids and angels cried tears for such an alluring piece and the warriors and centuars sighed. Hearing such a sound was rare and not one creature could imagine anything like it. The song was stronger than a mermaid's and more delicate than a siren's and, even though the melody and lyrics were not particularly happy, the song over all was more than pleasant.
An elegant maiden of twenty years danced around the hall clad in a too-white dress that flowed up and out into the air, following every simple movement the woman made. A flash of light-- platinum blonde hair soaked up the light from the chandelier and shot it right back out at the walls, at the statues, still gasping in awe at the song coming from the girl. She was an angel sent to cure the world of its sorrow.
With ribbons and decorations in hand, she continued to sing and dance around the massive hall. A ribbon here, a sparkle there, a table over here and a vase over there. The angel was preparing for a party and a feast that many would be attending in only a few hours. How she loved to plan events like these. The hall looked astounding when she had finished and the angel could not help but to smile at her work. She was so excited about the party; she was even more excited for the dinner. Only the loveliest of nourishment would be provided and all the the guests were going to bring it with them, unaware of the fact that they had.
Blood.
The song stopped and the most evil, most malevolent smile crept across the angel's face. she was no longer an angel. A dark but high-pitched laugh pirced the air and the demon spun around with glee. "Blood, blood, gallons of the stuff..." She laughed some more and danced around the columns. all the statues that were previously intoxicated by the demon woman were now cowering in terror. "I gave you all that you could drink but it would never be enough," she chimed. Oh, poor people. Ignorance is bliss, I must say. At least they won't know what's coming.

Everything was in order and Corina could not be happier. The hall was just screaming for two hundred feet to dance on its floor and for one hundred voices to echo from the walls. Corina left the hall in this state and locked the large ominous doors behind her. She skipped down the sidewalk, not quite sure of her destination. Perhaps it would be a good idea to go find Knives and her brother but seeking out a few more people to sip on would be a lot more fun. Corina had not had the chance to pick certain people for the party, which was her favorite thing to do, and it hurt her inside to think that no one special would be attending. The plan earlier was to find a handful of people and tell them to bring their friends. This plan ensured that quite a few would be coming, since the people that had been invited were real party-goers.
The streets were crowded with citizens moving to and from to work or to a local store. Eyes stopped to watch Corina in her glory, practically owning the sidewalk in its entirety. Usually she loved for people to stop and watch her because her ego was so massively inflated but now it was a bit annoying. Corina was having too much fun thinking evil thoughts to have to try to hide the devilish smirk on her face. People were watching too closely so she had to change her thoughts.
"Shall I think about Knive's older brother? He's such a delicious thing." Thoughts about him did not last long because at the moment, she was not interested. Corina wished she could find someone cute to play with. A strong and cute man with a husky voice and a good scent to his blood would be heaven to her senses. She might like him so much that she would spare his life.... for a few days. what Corina really needed but would never find is a man she would not get bored with, human or vampyre. Preferably a vampyre, for she would not want to accidentally crush her human partner.
I'm the kind of human wreckage that you love.†
