Where should i start well the beging is always good Im 28 married with my 1st little one she is 5 months old
I have been in the army for about 9 years now and this is kind of my own thing about it and what i have done
while I have been in.
Like I said Im 28 I have a sister who is one year yuonger then me and also married to a great guy is funny and
takes care of my sister. I also have a brother who just truned 16 and he is driveing now I have'nt got to see to
much of them because Im in the army. My mom is a big part of our lifes even when we was grwoing up she was always
there my dad left us while we was little and mom did her best to take care of us she worked nigths and slept most
of the day but she was always there when we need her she did her best to make to all sporting events while me and
my sister was in school and she still dose now trys her best to make it to all my brother events and still mine
and my sisters if she can. Anyway enough about that I came in the army in 1999 sometime after high school im
from a small town and just wanted to get out of Indiana and joined I went to fort benning to basic tranning and
meet some of the best guys I could meet mayo and loradro after basic we went to airborn school and did 3 weeks
there after airborne school we went our own ways the army sent mayo to the 82nd airborne and loradro went to
Germany I on the other hand went to the 509th in Fort Polk La. I spent 3 years there I had fun there got to
play the bad guys or as we call opfor we got to do this for Delta force Special forces and almost every army
unit in the army. While I was there i got married i was 19 and she was 10 years older with 2 kids i know it
wasnt the best idea in the world but i was young and dumb anywa moveing on after Fort Polk i went to Camp Casey
Korea where i did a year there it was fun got to see alot of new things and meet differnt people and that is
where my EX wife now got hooked on drugs and pain pills but i didnt know this at the time it wasnt untill i got
back i found this out after i was all ready in Fort Hood TX i was in Fort Hood for about 3 months when i found
my EX was hooked and doing bad things so i got a divorce. Shortly after that i got to meet a great friend now
she hooked me up with my wife now and yes im very happy and love her with all my heart and if it wasnt for
our friend we would have never met she as well is married and has 3 kids they are all funny and crazy like there
mom and she knows what im talking about if she reads this lol. Anyway befor i got married agin i had to go to Iraq
the 1st time and i spent 12 months there this is where i got to talk to my wife and get to know each other i left
Iraq in Nov 05 came back on leave in Feb thats where i flew her to Indiana with me to meet my mom and my grandma
my grandma is a also a big part of my life it wasnt for her i wouldnt be where i am right now so i have 5 women
that if it wasnt for them i wouldnt be where i am my wife daughter family loco friend mom and grandma. Now back
to the rest of the story i also asked my wife to marry me while i was on leave and she said yes as you can tell
so i went back to Iraq and you ask what was my job then well im a 11 bravo or Infantry man also and what that
means is that we are the guys kicking in doors looking for the bad guys IED EFP doing dismounted partols all the
bad stuff that know one else wants to do in Iraq. While i was there we lost 7 good people the 1st person we lost
was with in the 1st 3 months we was there he got hit by an Ied the 2nd was an RPG that hit is humvee the other 4
was lost to and IED that hit there bradley and then we lost our CO to an IED also. This isnt includeing the people
who was wounded in action also. My SQD leader who was shot in the arm while we was trying to clear a house is wounded
for life now he cant use his arm at all where he was hit it damged the nerves in his arm thats when i took over my SQD
my platoon the 1st time over was the best we always had each other backs no matter what and i miss everyone of them
our Lt is out of the army now Plt Sgt is going for retiement and everyone else got out moved on there is a few of us
that are still around but not many. Anyway we got back from Iraq and i married the love of my life and we started liveing
together and we do everything together we like the same moives games everything the only thing that is differnt is the
music thats it. We found out she was pergent and i didnt like the way she or her frined told me they called me on the cell
phone said they need to talk to me and it was inprotant i thought something bad happend so i ment them in the parking lot
and thats when our freind handed me a little brown bag and it had the test and a little dipper and they told me that she
was pergnet. That was one of the happest days for me know i was going to be a dad. We went to few docs appt and found out
we was haveing a girl and i was so happy and i could never say anything about my wife ever she gave us the greatst gift in
the world a baby girl she was born on Febuary 02 2008 she weighed 2 pounds 11 ounces she was born almost 2 months early
she stayed in the hospital 24 days and mom stayed in for about 5 days when she came home i got to be with her and mom for
about 2 weeks then i came to Iraq agin for the 2nd time. My wife got me hooked on gaia and now thats how we talk play games
and have fun we also have messanger so if anyone who reads this that works for gaia or on gaia i want to say thank you also
you guys makeing gaia keeps me and my wife together even though we are far a part thank you. As far as being in Iraq this
time it has been worse for the 1st 2 months the Fob we was at was getting rocket attacks almost everyday sometimes 2 or 3
times a day and we have lost 1 person all ready and that is just in our compnay not anyone elses and i hope we lose no one
else as far a wounded we have a 4 all together with 7 months left. I just came back from leave this time and i got to see
my little one so big she weighs 12 ponds now and she is laughing and trying to sit on her own and to my suprise i talked to
my wife on the phone and she says that our little one is sitting up on her own all ready she has been doing it for a few days
now. As far as me and my wife we have had our hard times and most of them are my fault and she is still by my side and i love
her with all my heart and soul and there is nothing or anyone who could replace her she has given me so much and i feel i
havent even gave her the same and for that im sorry baby i want you to know that i love you and miss you so much and that
i will always love you and thank you for everything you do while im gone. For any of you that think it is being a mom well
try it with the dad not there and you still have to pay the bills and take care of 2 dogs 4 scorpions and the house plus a
5 month old little girl who likes to sleep all night but during the day she is up all day because this is what my wife dose
on a daily bases and monthly and there is nothing she cant do and there is nothing in this world that i wouldnt do or say for
her she is my everything and i love you baby kiss. As far as the rest of this im going to do my best to update it everyday
on what i have done in Iraq so people can see what it is like here and what people go through as well so untill tommorrow
