18 Aug 2008 Monday.
Well it has been more then day 8 but i have been out in the cob and still out here so i havent been able to up date my journal till now on top of that me and the wife was havenig a few problems and they was my fault we will get to that anyway as far as out here we have been doing patrols everyday but they are not like normal patrols we have been stoping by peoples shops and stores asking them what they need to make them better and what kind of new stuff they need for there shops and stores like signs repaniting things like that it has been really boaring the reason why we are doing it is because the people have been truning in bad guys and telling us they have been doing bad things like setting in ied and efp's so we are now going around helping them well i guess you could call it that we have also been going around to all the check points that the Iraq Police have and makeing sure they have been doing there job and see if they need anything. thats about it. Me and the wife are doing alot better and im couldnt be happyer well if i was home with my wife and daughter. we had a rough spot but it wsa my fault and im doing everything i can to make her happy and i cant wait to go home well that is it for today i know it has been a while for me adding something and im still out here in the cop but im going to try and keep adding new things everyday. i would like to add pics but i dont know how to do that yet through gaia.
