Do you have any idea what that
Little word has done to me?
Before we met,
My heart was set,
On being alone for the rest of my days.
Now I'm a fool for love,
My mind in a haze.
When we go out to dinner,
Or stroll down the beach,
I'm comforted to know
Your hand's within reach.
But when we're apart,
My poor little heart,
Aches and yearns to see you soon
Underneath the glow of
The wonderous moon.
Running my fingers through your hair,
Pressing your lips against mine,
Looking deep into your eyes,
And watching how they shine.
I loathe being away from you,
For fate brought us together,
Because the day I told you 'I Love You,'
I knew you'd love me forever.
