Made copies of a bunch of move-related papers that were thrown together in a bag. Then the woman who headed the committee narrated the entire move saga for me. I moved some chairs and restocked some tax forms. After lunch, I brought some of the genealogy, Ohio reference, and yearbooks (lol, I found the one from my mom's senior year...and the one from my freshman year) down from the genealogy room on the second floor - a selection of them are being stored on extra shelves in tech services behind the circulation area. I had to sort out and order them (the Ohio reference and genealogy books were all mixed up, and the yearbooks were all out of order - I had to sort them by school and then by date). And then I learned about the reference desk and computer policies because I had to man the reference desk for about ten minutes. Then I read shelves until someone didn't come in on time downstairs, so I had to man the children's desk, where I labeled more books with their reading levels and AR points (such an odd system). And then I read more shelves. And then went home. Lots of rain today.
