Hey Everyone!
Well, now I know what the new craze is around school... the S word! Right, Sex. Sorry guys for being a bit open but isn't this what a journal is for? Anyway, as everyone knows, everyone gossips about everyone all the time, but it seems that the gossip is getting just a little bit unbelievable, not to mention that some of the nasty things I'm hearing right now are actually true.
But there is one massive rumour that is going around at the moment and today, to my horror, I found out that it is actually true. Are you ready? Ok, here goes... there is a 12 year old girl at my school who is PREGNANT! I am not lying, she is pregnant! How crazy is that? At first, I didn't believe it, but when it was actually raised as an issue in my English class this morning, I couldn't believe that it was actually true. My English teacher actually wouldn't stop talking about it. It was nuts. But there's another big thing to go with that supersized scandal, the girl's child's father is her 19 year old boyfriend. UGH! It's the biggest thing that has ever happened at my school. The guy's actually lucky that no one's reporting him for what he did.
See, we have a law in Australia. When you're under 16, you're not allowed to date anyone who is more than 2 years older than you. What this girl is doing is committing a crime. OMG I feel like screaming. It's so crazy and immoral that it annoys me. Can you imagine, when the girl's in college, her child is gonna start school. How crazy is that?!
I swear to you I am not lying. Hell, I'm still getting my head around it. I mean, come on, not only did she lose her virginity at the age of 12, but now she's pregnant. AAHHH!! CRAZY!!
Seriously, that was the only thing me and my friends were talking about the whole day. It was such a scandal. My my my, let's just hope no one out there is crazy enough to do this. So, I head my warning to you all, if you are under 16, don't have sex. And if you do decide you want to, make sure the guy is wearing a CONDOM!! PLEASE!!
