It was dark... cold wind whipped his face. He was afraid, alone. A little wealthy boy in the middle of a poor neighborhood.

He hides behind some boxes and trashcans, until he heard a familiar voice:

"Gino... I'm here..."

"Mommy!" he yelled out. He came out of the shadow, to see a shadowed womanly figure.

"I was looking all over for you!" she sighed.

"We have to go away. Before he comes."

"Who's coming mommy? Daddy's coming?"

"No-" she hears something break nearby.

"Come, lets hurry!" She grabbed the child, and ran towards the Gambino Mansion.

"Mommy!"

"Shhh---" She tried to say, until she tripped over a rock and fell.

"Ow!"

"Shi-" she began, until she saw a shadow in front of her.

"Why are you running, M'lady?" a sinister voice called.

"Leave us alone!"

"Why not, M'lady? After all... I'm here to watch your son."

"He's an experiment to you!"

"...and? So what if he is?"

"I will NOT have my Gino in any experiment!"

The man sighs. "I guess... I will have to go against that wish."

"Not if I can help it!"

"....very well then." he pulls out a gun.

Lights can be seen from far, far away.

"He's coming!"

"No use. I can finish you here, and now."

"Then go on ahead! You will never have my Gino!"

"...hmph. Boy, say goodbye to your mommy."

He pulls the trigger.

BANG!

"Mommy!" the boy starts crying.

"See you later, kid." The man disappears as the crowd comes out.

There was Edmund, Ruby, and Logan.

"Oh my-" Ruby exclaimed, covering her mouth.

"NO!!!" Gambino screamed, and dropped on his knees in front of the corpse.

"Mommy... please wake up."

"Who has done this...?"

"Take the boy away, Ruby. Take him back to the mansion."
The woman, in her early twenties, nodded, and tried to pull Gino away.

"Mommy!" he cries over and over. "Wake up!"

"Your... mommy is okay now, Gino." She picks up the 4 year old boy.

"NO! I WANT MOMMY!" He screamed, kicking and scratching as they left towards the mansion.

Gino wakes up in his giant bed, with cold sweat.

What... was that dream?

He got up from his bed, and put on his slippers and headed downstairs.

I...I don't understand. My mother was killed in a storm. Is this a sign?

He walked towards the kitchen.

"Good morning, Bucho. Good morning Father."

"Good morning, Sire. What would you like to eat?"

"I don't know. Surprise me."

"Have you taken your medicine yet, Gino?" his father asks.

"No not yet."

" Then go ahead and take them before you eat."

"...alright." Gino left the room, back upstairs to the bathroom.

Why do I take this? He says its vitamin.. but I don't remember hearing that I have a vitamin deficiency. He thought as he picked up the pill container. He takes two out, and swallows them. They're so disgusting...

He goes back downstairs, to see some cheese omlets, sausage, and bacon on the table with some butter toast,milk and orange juice.

"Thank you, Bucho."

"Your welcome, Sire." he leaves the room.

"So.... Gino...." his father started. "Next week is the big day. The Gaia Anniversary Party. Are you ready for it?"

"Yes..."

"You sure?"

"Yes."

"That's my boy. Now, I have a special job for you there. I'll explain it later." he leaves the room.

"Alright..." he said, then thinks, Why does he act that way? Doesn't he love me? All he thinks of now is business.

He finishes his meal. Well, I guess I'll go outside. See the Harem and all. He goes upstairs, and gets dressed.

He walks to the door, and tells Bucho:

"I'm going to my haremites for a while. Tell father."

"Sure thing."

He finally escaped the mansion's walls. Outside, it was a bright, warm day. He headed down the street, hearing from time to time "Hello, Mr. Gambino!" He stopped by Ruby and Sasha's store, saying hi to each of them. He always seemed to blush around Sasha. He then headed up the stairs to his great harem, when..

BANG!

Next thing you know, Gino is on the floor, with a girl on top of him. Her bags are everywhere.

"Oh! M-mr. Gambino! I'm so sorry!" she gets off of him, blushing madly, and begins to pick up her things.

Rychi and Neko heads for the door. "o0o0o You just ran into Gino." Neko giggled.

The girl, looks so embarrassed she was about to cry.

"It's alright." Rychi said.

"I'm so, so, sorry, Mr. Gambino." She kept looking at the floor.

"Err- call me Gino." He said, as he tried to look at her face. Rychi and Neko giggled.

"Well, Miss Amani, run off now. Your mother will be waiting, yes?"

"Oh! Yes!" she nodded, and bowed. "Nice meeting you.... Gino."

"You too, miss."

She ran off, and the moment she did, Gino was struck. He saw ruby eyes. He stared staring in her direction.

"Gino, come in! We'll clean that dust off of you, and we'll get you some tea."

"Uh- yeah. Okay." he said, still looking at Sakura walking off. He saw a bit under her skirt, and turned red. Neko came down and got him. "Come on, now!" she yelled as she pushed in into the peaceful halls of the harem.
