I ended up not going on the bike ride yesterday, because I realized that by the time I got home from work, ate, digested, rode, showered, and got the ingredients I needed for baking, I would be late for a meeting with a friend. So, I went on one today! It was about 9.5 miles.
I also decided to up my mileage this week to 60, because I realized I would get nowhere close to where I needed to if I only upped mileage 5 miles a week.
Today's menu:
Breakfast - biscotti (144 calories)
Brunch - curry and rice (guesstimate = 500 calories)
Snack - ants on a log (300)
Dinner - salmon cakes and broccoli - 450
dessert - cookies! - 200
After exercise - Well, I feel fine, but, in the future, peanut butter after working hard = big mistake. I feel like if I move I'll start cramping. A tortilla would have been a much better choice.
