My excercise journal
Daily journal of how much I exercise, eat, and how I feel physically
Next day! I feel pretty good after the ride yesterday, no soreness (except a bit in my crotch... I'm going to check for saddle sores later). I think that this weekend I'm going to do two fairly intensive rides, one on saturday and one on sunday, and see how I feel. For sure on Sunday I'm going to do a hill climb. (well, same type of climb as last time, more hilly terrain climb.)

Today I'm not going to go on a ride. I'm also thinking that I'm going to change my rides to tomorrow and Wednesday (and use the bike in my building's workout room) since I'm probably going to be gone all day on Thursday and on Friday I'd like to rest before I do two long bike rides in a row!

Oh yeah, I was still hungry last night, starting at 7. It got to the point where I stared at recipes, since I REALLY wanted to resist eating more food (1900 calories is a LOT!). Seems like I'm not eating enough. Wish I had a scale.

Food for today:
Tea - biscotti - 144 calories
Breakfast - cheese and veggie wrap - 378 calories
Lunch - ants on a log - 270
Dinner - tortellini - 500
Dessert - cookie - 100
