First and foremost I am using this as a reference page to threads with good grabs. I'll also make a mini guide for anyone reading this who is interested in getting a lot of gold. I don't want to clutter my thread subscriptions so I will keep the links here.



Ok first off there are two good places to go for booty grab.

1. The Gaia Aquarium Forum has several threads available. Many people have a thread for their specific aquarium which they ask people to bump if their tank is glowing (meaning you can play booty grab with their tank). The glowing tanks get bumped so they are usually kept up on the forum.

2. Collection threads are threads where many good tanks are kept together. There's often a good tank or two ready to grab from.


When you want to collect it is wise to look for tanks loaded with a lot of glowing fish. Sometimes tanks can be loaded with fish, but only a few glow.

Lag can be an annoying issue. You don't really need a "high quality" gfx game. Setting the tank to low quality will help reduce lag. Reducing flash objects is a very big help. Run as few flash objects as possible. If you have youtube or a playlist in another tab close out of it. It is helpful to go to your home page once you open booty grab. Every tank in a signature is a flash object. Going to the home page while booty grab loads will cut back on lag drastically especially if you are in a collection thread.

Many people have a bump thread linked next to the tank in their signature asking you to bump their thread if their tank is glowing. This is a nice way to thank them for the free gold. It helps out with others looking for a tank to grab from.
