Well, after pigging out again yesterday, I have come to the realization that when I have nothing to do, I cannot handle having a bunch of sugar sitting around the house. I become bored, eat it, and addicted to it. So, until I have friends that I hang out with regularly, or until I work from 8 to 5 every day, I'm going sweets free. (There is also the possibility that 1450 calories per day isn't enough food for me, but I won't know until I have a scale!!) It's going to be REALLY hard, especially since I'm getting that candy basket from Mommy for my birthday, but I'mma gonna do it.

breakfast - turnover - 400
Lunch - 370 calories
