I spent my college fund on a truck. It's kinda a roundabout college investment. In order to take classes I need money. To get money I need a job. To work a job and attend classes I need transportation. It was only $1,000 anyway. The truck is an 86 Ford Ranger so it's older than I am. It's so old it usually wouldn't be worth much of anything. It's been really cared for through the years. It switched hands to our mechanic who used it a little but mostly had it setting in his yard for several months. Before the mechanic got it the previous owner who got it brand new took really good care of it. The driver side mirror is cracked, but it doesn't obscure vision. The gas gauge doesn't work for the rear tank. It could be a punctured float or something. It ran good for an hour and a half then it started acting up hesitating when we pull away from a stop. My grandpa thinks its the transmission so we're going to have to take it back to our mechanic to get it checked out.
After only 3 hours of sleep I went to the DMV to take the knowledge test. I got an 82% on it so I passed. In some instances I didn't pay enough attention to the questions. Still I passed. Unfortunately my birth certificate was rejected because it was a photocopy rather than an official copy. We have to get that taken care of so things are kinda delayed for a while.
