My excercise journal
Daily journal of how much I exercise, eat, and how I feel physically
I did 45 minutes of yoga and I will walk for a bit (maybe a half an hour?) around campus. I skipped the inverted poses today and finished the DVD. my muscles are tired, but they feel soooo good

I also climbed up and down 10 or 12 flights of stairs. (I went to the 10th floor, but there were some 2M or 3M floors)

I also felt lethargic today. I am thinking I might be anemic. I'm going to have broccoli be my next veggie, and will be making tofu soon.

Breakfast
soup
some croutons (3 servings?)

Lunch
2 tortillas
peanut butter (2 tbsp?)
apple butter
delicious Whole Foods apple

Snack
banana (large!!)

Dinner
Oregon tuna melts, minus the cheese, and with two of my new tiny hollowed out rolls (which are quite good!)
tons of green beans, since I suck at dividing them

Dessert
blueberries, yogurt, and a few dried cherries
