The Bible constantly compares people to sheep, and I can see that. We're stupid, we wander off a lot. But I think a good metaphor might be cats too. I love my cat, and one of the things that makes me happiest is when I'm petting her and she looks at me in adoration. I wonder if God gets a lot of that feeling when we turn to Him? She's also very bright, but she can act like a complete idiot. We put her food out, and she'll keep bugging us like we haven't, or she'll beg for more to eat after we've fed her three times-just like how how we sometimes miss an obvious truth God has to place us right in front of for us to see, or how we'll beg for more even if it's not necessarily the best thing for us. And with other cats, they get unfriendly with humans even when the humans have the best thing for them. There's more parallels I could draw, but if you have a cat, they might be obvious. XD Of course it's not exact because nothing really compares to God, but I still think it's a cool comparison. ^^

And I'm really happy because He let me see how He really loves me last night, and also that dark spirits consider me a threat and want to snuff me out! Wahoo! I'm a threat towards evil! He also showed me why we need to treat everyone as kindly as possible-why we have to love them. He handcrafted everyone, including their spirits. No one is anymore or less special then me, but everyone has a beautiful and unique soul that needs to be considered and cherished. When you have that in mind, it's hard not to be nice to everyone. The only thing is you can't get used to the idea or let it out of your mind, or else you might do something you'll regret later...
