The Final Confrontation of Rivals

The dust cleared to show that Isca was right in front of me by a few yards. He grinned and then said.
“Well now that, that’s finally over. Pain in the a** wouldn’t you agree Gice?”
I looked at him, with anger and hatred. I kept hearing the word repeat over and over in my head in Zeeba’s voice before the fight with Madara began. Kill Isca Gice. Kill him become the most powerful shinobi.
Isca began walking toward me, with each step he had taken the sky darkened and clouded. My hand began to numb as 1000 birds began to chirp at once. The curse mark I placed on myself growing and changing. Taking over giving me power, wings ripped from my back, and my hair grew longer. The Mangekyo was burning in both my eyes. Isca stopped abruptly and looked discouraged.
“So this is the way you want it huh?” Isca grumbled.
I felt a grin etch onto my face. How he assumed so much.
“It isn’t I that wishes this. Zeeba wants you dead.” I replied.
He began to chuckle. Then he got into his fighting stance.
“I.Q. of over 200 huh? For that much brains you are delusional. You can’t see beyond your own selfless desires. Zeeba has been dead for years, remember you killed him. Death Gate ring any bells?” He asked.
Isca sighed then crossed his arms.
Dare he show a lack of interest towards me. I’m the only one that matches him. I charged. Racking the Chidori, now with black lightning sparking from my hand, along the ground; making a huge cut into the earth.
“I’ll kill you!” I yelled.
He began to activate his Byakugan veins making them known on the corners of his eyes, and the side of his face. He then twirled himself quickly while expanding his own chakra.
“Eight Tri-Grams Grand Rotation.” He cried out.
I slammed the Chidori into the Rotation, colliding with it. A moveable object meeting an immoveable object. Lightning began to rip the darkened sky with such ferocity the entire planet felt it.
“When will you ever learn?” He said before an explosion resulted from the two immovable objects.
We both blew back from the shockwave. Isca got up and then began to charge me while I was still on the ground.
“This is it, no more Sharingan! Eight Tri-Grams: Two Palms.” He said then jabbed me in the eyes with both hands.
I began to cry out in pain. Holding my eyes, he had shut off the chakra points in them, rendering the use of both my eyesight and Sharingan useless.
“Four Palms, Eight Palms, Sixteen Palms, Thirty-two Palms, Sixty-Four Palms!” He yelled out after every numbered hit to my body.
“One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms!” He yelled out as he hit me with the amount he called.
The pain was unbearable. It fueled my rage and hatred I had towards him. I couldn’t move my body, nor feel any chakra. He had hit 128 of my chakra points out of the 361. That is almost half.
“I’m not going to kill you, but I will knock you out. We’re both going home together, as it should be. You shouldn’t be this way. Where is the old Gice that I fought Gemetia with? I’m sorry my friend. System Shut-Down.” He explained then hit me right in the chest.
My body blew up in a pile of sand. I watched from a tree as he pounded the hell out of my sand clone. He then vanished, appearing behind me.
“I’m surprised you kept going and wasting that much chakra. You are wrong about one thing though Isca; were not going back home together. After this fight, only one will walk away. The other will die. Hokage or Kazekage. Who will be the victor? We shall see.” I explained.
He chuckled, then jabbed me, but right before I leaped from the tree that I was in. I turned around to face him, as soon as we both landed on the ground. I got into my fighting stance, and he into his. He moved his feet a hair and the vanished in front of me. (Song: Live Without You-Ill Nino)He threw the first punch missing just inches from its target which was my face, as I ducked. He countered with a left kick, I didn’t have enough time to dodge so I put up my hands and blocked. The next punch would have been a knock out after the rebound from the kick, if my sand didn’t block the blow. It surrounded his wrist and held his hand near inches from my temple.
I chuckled.
“Sand Coffin!” I yelled as I seemed to be squeezing his wrist but with nothing in my hand.
He quickly jabbed the sand with his other hand and escaped the crushing force of the sand to his wrist.
“Not falling for that one again.” He said backing up.
I grinned as I began to make hand signs. As he seen what I was doing he began making hand signs as well.
“Lightning Style: Piercing Darkness.” I cried out.
“Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu.” He cried out almost at the same time I did my jutsu.
A being began to appear next to me, a being with a white mask that resembled Darkness. I looked to see Isca’s Water Dragon charging right at me. I flipped to my side as I watched the Darkness cut its way through the Water Dragon and stayed by my side. I began to make more hand signs.
“Fire Style: Searing Pain.” I cried out.
Another being began to appear on the other side of me. A white mask resembling the essence of Pain. I looked beside myself to get a look at it.
“Eight Tri-Grams Air Mountain Crusher!” I heard Isca yell out.
Bursts of air began knocking me back with tremendous force. I landed on the ground with great force. I looked up to see Isca above me.
“This time I’m not going to hit a clone. Eight Tri-Grams: Two Palms.” He replied.
Pain swung and hit Isca clean in his side, sending him flying. I got up chuckling.
“Your right about one thing, you’re not going to hit a clone, you’re not hitting anything.” I explained.
I began to make more hand signs.
“Water Style: Storm Upheaval.” I cried out.
Another being the same but the mask resembled the essence of Upheaval. I jerked my hand forward pointing at Isca. “Kill him.” I ordered.
Without question they charged and began to slice, punch, and even blitz Isca. He blocked most then back flipped and turned the other way and began running, towards me. The beings doing as I ordered them to, chasing right after him.
“You should experience for yourself the excitement of this fight with these three.” He said.
He abruptly halted right behind me, and then began spinning.
“Eight Tri-Grams: Palm Rotation.” He said.
The three rushed right into me, knocking me along with them into the rotation. I was then launched back from the rotation, along with the other three. I was upside down in the air, when I looked to my side to see Isca, grinning at me. His fist then connected with my stomach, sending my further. Bursts of air hitting me, causing me to travel far from the three. I gasped, and then smiled. I knew what he was doing, when I was hit from behind.
“Eight Tri-Grams: Two Palms, Four Palms, Eight Palms, Sixteen Palms, Thirty-two Palms, Sixty-four Palms, One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms.” Isca yelled out after every numerous hit from behind.
I landed crumpled and hurt on the ground. Isca standing behind me, circling me, like I was his prey. I coughed up blood. My body began to change back to my normal state. The burning of my sharingan ebbing away. Dammit!
“Now you see Gice. Your constant search for vengeance has brought you here. Because of that you will die, knowing that it was foolish to include the people that loved you and cared for you the most in your bloodlust. I’m not happy about me killing you; truthfully it should be Zanshi to do this task, for he has failed you the most. I’m sorry it had to turn out this was my friend.” Isca had said.
He got into his stance, and then sighed as he looked at me. Moving his feet an inch to charge I cried out.
“Elemental Style: Triple Element Blast.”
The three beings surrounded Isca and slammed into him, exploding at the same time. The explosion was enormous, sending me flying through the air. Miles away from where I was lying in pain.
~Miles away from the battle of Isca and Gice~
“Always has to make sure the attention is on him after he kills someone.” Akane made her opinion known.
Angel looked at her, along with the others.
“Was it not worth it, or would you prefer Madara still be living?” Angel asked glaring at Akane.
Akane scoffed. Then looked down at Galeen who was sleeping soundly at her feet. In her arms was a small wolf.
“It could have been not so dramatic. He does it on purpose. I know he does. By the way weren’t there Isca and Gice out there? Where are they now?” She asked after looking down at Galeen.
An explosion made itself known in the distance. The cloud of fire reaching up into the sky. Everyone looked up with fear in their eyes. Akane looking back at Zanshi.
“I’m afraid he didn’t finish him.” Akane explained fear and pain in her voice.
Before Akane could take a step to go to the explosion Willis spoke out.
“Akane, it’s too late. If Zanshi didn’t kill Madara they both are probably dead now.”

~Back in the location of Gice and Isca~
Damn. Why was this so difficult? Reaching for a mere bottle of blood. My hand stroked the bottle and with the most of my remaining strength I grabbed it. Uncorked it, and drank the contents. The blood was Akane’s, infused with her chakra. It was enough to activate my Eternal Mangekyō, with it activated Byakugan and begin my Eight Tri-Grams: One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms, to myself. Unblocking the chakra points that Isca had blocked. I looked around to see where Isca was at. He was just now getting up. The Byakugan allowed me to see chakra points and others chakra from long distances, it also allowed me to sense an attack in 360 degrees of my body.
After unblocking my chakra points I felt myself again. All besides the pain that I was in. I calmly had taken a breath when from behind I heard, “Last Resort: Eight Gates Assault.”
I had sensed an attack from behind and ducked, kicking his stomach with my feet in the process of the flip I was doing. Pff.
A shadow clone?
I looked and seen Isca still sitting there, I should have known better than that, he never stays still. Another came up from the ground. I back-flipped, then spun swinging my arm out and punching the clone in the face. Pff. I twirled around and swung a punch connecting with another. Pff. He was still over there, and then it vanished. I looked up and heard. “Rotation Drop.”
Isca was using his Eight Tri-Grams Palm Rotation while falling from the sky. I took up dragon stance, twisted my hands, making a gate, spun around quickly, spread my arms and launched myself into the rift I made. A huge crash resulted with the ground meeting Isca’s Rotation.
I teleported myself near my gourd. I needed it in order to really fight. Everyone knew that I wasn’t that strong without my sand or snow. For most of my strategy came from my sand or snow, and without it, it might as well been a kid hitting a wall. I picked up the 150 lbs. gourd and strapped it to my back. I felt the chakra infused sand and water inside. I placed one hand palm up and the other over my right eye. I swirled sand in my hand, having an invisible connection to my cerebral cortex so I could see with my third eye. I kept it close, it too had the Byakugan. I switched my eyes back to my Mangekyo Sharingan. With the Byakugan third eye I wouldn’t need to waste as much chakra, since I’m only using one.
“I was wondering if you were ever going to put that thing on. It’s not really much of a fight with you unless you have that thing on. Now I can finally take my gloves off since I’m not going to be playing with you anymore.” A voice behind me had said.
I grinned.
“Ditto Isca.” I replied without looking behind me.
I heard him take his gloves off and heard the 100 lbs. gloves slam to the ground.
“One thing I do regret you not doing Gice.” Isca said.
I turned around and looked at him, still grinning.
“Yeah, and what’s that?” I asked.
“Attempting to kill Willis. Killing him for thinking he defeated Gemetia by himself.” He answered, chuckling.
I couldn’t hold it in. I laughed.
“Those words are true. We three know who did, and I think the greater pain is that Willis will live the rest of his life knowing that we were the best, and without us, he would have been dead.” I replied chuckling.
“Well now that we had our Hallmark moment, care to go back to the killing of one another?” Isca asked.
I nodded as I leapt to the ground followed by Isca.
We gave each other some distance, and then both got into our fighting stances.
“Good luck.” Isca said.
“Luck? It’s destiny that were here, and it’s fate that one of us dies today.” I replied.
He began to take out a kunai, as I unsheathed by katana, unclipped them making the one katana into two. Chidori running down the blades enhancing the sharpness of the blade. We both kicked into a run, and clashed. My swords slicing into his kunai, and cutting into Isca’s shoulder. The Chidori, being absorbed. Mud Clone. Isca melted into mud and formed into the ground. Two hands grabbed my ankles from under the ground and pulled me down. I did hand signs and cried out.
“Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu.”
I blew a massive fire ball melting the ground and the hands vanished. A vacuum of air hit me from behind sending me flying. I threw a three-pronged kunai with a paper slip wrapped around it behind me. I then vanished as the kunai hit the tree. Teleporting myself where the kunai was at. Flying Thunder God Jutsu. The jutsu the fourth Hokage knew. A kunai with a slip that held a connection. Anywhere that kunai was, he could teleport there, silently. I did some hand signs and charged up my Chidori. I vanished and appeared behind Isca.
I remembered that I had handed him a kunai, so that I could help him if he needed it. I slammed my hand into his back, where his heart would be. Blood spilled from his back. Pff. Clone.
A foot slammed into my back sending me flying towards the ground. The kunai I thought Isca had was on the ground where the clone would have been. I crumpled on the ground and looked up to see a foot kicking me further. Then a muffled voice came from beneath the ground.
"Double Dashing Palm."
I rolled out of the way just to have the ground implode where I was lying. The adrenaline rush that you get when you’re killing or knowing someone is out to kill you, there’s nothing like it. It brings the true nature of a man out of the weak little state that they put themselves in to mask their true beings. I liked seeing people for who they truly were. I pushed myself up from the ground, walked over and grabbed the kunai that Isca had. We truly were as much alike in every way. It was like fighting myself.
“I don’t get why you changed. It was fine when you first had Galeen. You were normal then, but you went off and decided to follow in the footsteps of your brother. Why?” Isca asked.
His voice was echoing off the trees so I couldn’t get his exact location.
“Where was the Gice that wasn’t a complete insecure, emotional, psychotic monster? The one that cared for everyone and everything.” Isca added.
I began to laugh.
“Seems the great Hokage Isca is getting so scared he is resulting to mere words of comfort and love.” I shouted into the forest.
A pause was the result. Then after a brief silence Isca replied.
“I’ am scared. I’m scared of losing a friend, no. A brother. Gice, ever since that day where we first met, I’ve looked towards you. I pushed myself because I wished to someday become as strong as you. I’m sure you brother had seen that, and that was why he trained me, and also had Itchino train me as well.” Isca explained pain behind his voice.
I chuckled.
“Isca?” I asked.
“Yeah?” His reply.
“That’s the gayest s**t I’ve ever heard. Scared of losing me. Do you take me for some fool? You would cherish the thought of me never being around. You tried to get stronger so that you could maybe kill me off. The first day we met, I remember you nearly s**t yourself. You possibly were the excelled one before you met my brother and I, but that changed drastically when you met me.” I explained.
I heard a rustle from behind me and out of the bushes came a fist followed by Isca. I put up a sand wall and heard a thud on the other side. Another attack from behind, followed by another sand wall. With my sand I can change the density and make the sand the equivalent of steel just by crushing it with so much pressure. I felt the ground under me breaking. I twisted my body and expelled chakra.
“Palm Rotation.” I cried out while spinning.
I stopped with sand swirling around me just in case there was another attack from around me. Isca landed in front of me. Then began pacing. Glaring never taking his eye off of me. This was a battle to the death; I would think it ignorant if he decided to take a glance away.
“I cannot believe I trained my a** off just to kill a weakling.” He shot.
I stomped my foot into the ground creating a crater, then I dispersed sand into it to find minerals in the earth to strengthen my sand more.
“No you trained your a** off because you were scared. You were scared that you were out done, that someone came into the village that was ten times stronger than you. You believed that in order to become the popular kid on the block again you had to become like the coolest kid to enter the village. When you heard that I was Kazekage, you had to become Hokage. The-“
“I was Hokage way before you became Kazekage. Don’t get the idea you one up’d me in everything.” He interrupted.
I smiled. He fell for it. I knew the real reason he wanted me gone. To get his credentials back. To become number one again. After this I’ll investigate the others.
He did some hand signs then cried out.
“Water Style: Water Shark Shotgun.”
Water formed in the sky and shot out 4 water figures in the shape of sharks.
I began to make hand signs and cried out.
“Wind Style: Air Bullet.”
I blew out a huge gust of air destroying the sharks. In that moment, Isca appeared right in front of me. He jabbed me in my lower stomach. Hitting a pressure point. I curled in pain, my body leaning on his arm. I felt his eyes on me, as I looked at the ground which was covered in blood.
“You’re just another idiot. Always thinking you are the dominant one, when truly you’re just a fledgling. Always following because you don’t know how to lead, and when it comes time for you to lead you play it cool, thinking you think you know. In reality, you don’t. You assume you know me, but your constant being in the corner alone has always made your mind crazy. Maybe that’s why you’re the way you are. Dark. As the corners you hide in.” Isca spoke down to me.
I grabbed his arm and lifted myself to a standing position. Looked him in the eye. He closed his instantly.
“Another likeness we both have. Thinking we know the other.” I said.
My clone then burst into sand and crumpled to the ground, surrounding his arm and wrist.
“Sand Coffin.” I said from a tree top.
The sand around his arm constricted and shattered the bones in his wrist and hand. Rendering them useless. At least it’s what I thought until his clone blew up into a puff of smoke. I twirled around and clashed my sword into his kunai. Always behind me. Always. Never in front. He swung his kunai, sliding it off the side of my katana, and jabbing it, I ducked and kicked him into the tree itself. His head swung back from the whiplash, blood splattered. He was busted open.
“Making me actually bleed my own blood, something you haven’t done in a while now. If this was just a first blood match instead of to the death, I would have won a long time ago.” He responded, healing his wound as he spoke.
There was to be no mercy. He was my enemy, and he needed to be taken out. I lunged, slicing my katana horizontally, again clashing with his kunai. I kept swinging and he kept blocking, all the while healing himself. It angered me all the more. (Song: I will not bow-Breaking Benjamin) I crepted sand from behind him, and kept attacking him in the front. He blocked my attack, and slammed him palms into me, pushing me off the tree branch. I slammed on the ground; he jumped off and began rotating.
“Rotation Drop.” He called out.
I began to make a Lightning Gate when it slammed on me, knocking me into my own gate and coming out the other gate with tremendous speed, crashing into more trees and rocks. Dust was everywhere. I heard from behind me.
“This is going to end.” Isca replied.
I began to make hand signs and cried out.
“Snow Style: Avalanching Wolves.”
Snow conjured up and formed into dozens of wolves, all charging him at the same time. I placed inside them some sand, to strengthen them. I charged with them, creating shadow clones.
“Is that all you have Gice?” He asked.
He braced himself, and cried out.
“Air Mountain Crusher.”
The air blasts ripped right through my wolves, folding them like an accordion. All the while I charged him.
“Water Style: Water Harden Drill.” One cried out.
“Fire Style: Great Dragon Flame Jutsu.” Another one said.
“Ice Style: Flash Freeze.” Another touched the water harden drill, solidifying it, making it harder than it was.
“Wind Style: Wind Blade.” Said the fourth.
“Lightning Style: Four Pillar Bind.” Said the fifth.
Four pillars popped out of the ground and lightning shot out from them, all holding down his hands and feet, paralyzing him.
“Earth Style: Mud Fall Jutsu.” Said the sixth.
A portal opened up and mud began to fall onto Isca, making it even more difficult for him to move. He smiled, now that’s more like it. The fire dragon slammed into him, incinerating everything around it. Then came the water drill, which was ice now. It drilled into him, making a huge hole into his torso. Then the last attack sliced him into pieces. I stood there looking at all the destruction.
“Man, don’t you think you were going a bit far killing my clone?” I heard a voice beside me.
I looked over to see Isca standing next to me. I looked back to see the pieces, burst into mud.
“It was a nice strategy. Make shadow clones then use all your jutsu, so that you could fail, and weaken yourself at the same time.” He started clapping. “A true idiot. I applaud you sir.” He added.
I clenched my fists.
“Kira, you ready girl?” Isca asked looking ahead.
I heard a roar behind me. He nodded.
I teleported using Flying Thunder God Jutsu. I was in front of him, although he wasn’t standing.
“Beast Mimicry: Fang over Fang!” He yelled out.
He and his cat were twirling at with so much speed and claws stretched out, making it like a drill. I crouched and formed sand around me, into a dome. I then strengthened it with diamond I crushed underneath the earth. It was dark in the dome I made. I heard a loud thud from outside. Hands then grabbed me from under me and pulled me down.
~Back at the group~
“Where are Gice and Isca?” Zanshi asked while getting up.
The rest looked at him in disbelief. Willis and Angel pushed him back down.
“You need to rest.” Angel responded.
“I need to know where my two most important pupils are, and since you seem to be dancing around it, they must not be here.” He got up and stated.
They looked at him, and then moved towards Akane and Clamera. Akane looked at the ground, and Clamera made herself busy by healing Zanshi. Zanshi looked at Akane.
“Where is he? You are the only person here that can tell me where their at.” Zanshi commanded.
She looked back at him, tears streaming down from her eyes. She gathered herself up.
“It doesn’t matter their dead anyway, you failed to kill Madara.” She responded.
Zanshi sighed.
“Akane, would you use your talent. How many people do you sense out there?” He asked.
She concentrated, and then gasped.
“There are only two.” She answered.
“Which means their fighting again, all the while you have been here slacking off. Heal me now.” Zanshi ordered.
~Back to the fight~
(Song: Nobody Don’t Dance No More: Asking Alexandria) My entire body was underground leaving my head poking out. My hands were tied down, by the enclosed earth. I used my sand to make the ground looser for me to move around in. I yelled out while getting myself out of the ground.
“Isca, you really can’t believe you can still get me with that kind of technique do you?”
No response.
I lifted myself out of the hole and began making my way around the forest. It was quiet. I went into my Eternal Sharingan, copied the Byakugan and looked around. He was leaning against a tree, using chakra, focusing it to the back of his head. Healing possibly. I charged, I didn’t want to give him any time to recuperate. It would be bad for me if he did so. I soon spotted him. I switched to my regular sharingan, and began walking.
“Man, that kick really did a number on my head.” He winced in pain.
I did hand signs, and began to charge my Chidori. He glanced at me, and moved away from the tree. His Byakugan wasn’t active. Good for me. I charged, the Chidori completely destroying the ground below me. He chuckled, and began to spin.
“Eight Tri-Grams Palm Rotation.” He cried out.
“Ahh, you will die here loser!” I yelled as my Chidori clashed into his Rotation.
Another explosion was the result; he slammed into the tree he was leaning against. The clone that did Chidori blew up in a puff of smoke. I charged another Chidori and charged. He tilted his hand back and began to charge and swirl chakra and air. We both charged at each other and clashed. We both cried out at nearly the same time.
“Chidori!” I cried out.
“Rasengan!” he cried out.
The energy of the two combined and merged. Making a bright light. I glared at him with my sharingan activated, and he looked back at me, his Byakugan active. The light got so bright that I couldn’t see the hand in front of me. An explosion was the result. Sending us both flying. I hit and went through a few trees. I had the three other clones use Chidori and ordered them to kill him.
Lightning struck a tree making a huge electrical explosion. I stood there watching, and then crumpled. I didn’t have any chakra left. I hoped that he was dead. Feet stepped in front of me view of the ground. (Song: Rescue Me-Hawthorne Heights)
“It’s over Gice. I don’t want to kill you, but since you won’t show the same leniency I won’t either.” He said grabbing me up by the collar of my shirt.
In his hand was my katana. As he went in to stab me, I grabbed him towards me, the katana piercing my stomach and making its appearance on the other side of my body. I activated my Mangekyo Sharingan. I then used my Sansunoo; a being surrounded me, made of black Ameratsu flames. It was in the form of a skeleton. It unsheathed its sword, opened its mouth.
“This ends with both our deaths Isca. Even in hell we will continue this fight for an eternity. Farewell.” I said.
His eyes were in a glare, and then opened in shock and fear.
The skeleton slammed its own sword into its mouth piercing both our bodies. Exploding into a black fire ball, incinerating everything.
I looked up to see Isca looking back at me, the Ameratsu flames on his body slowly burning him alive. My vision was fading, the light in my eyes dimming.
“Isca? I’m sorry. For being such a burden.” I said.
Darkness soon embraced me.
